Sometimes it begins as just a smell. As a resident of a home or apartment, we can tell when something is off, even if it begins as just a foreign odor. We have scheduled tomorrow, Sunday, a mold inspection and testing in Warminster, PA. When asked, the homeowner replied, "Well, I have noticed a musty odor in my apartment that I haven't noticed before," Sure, she could be mistaken, but the easiest and safest way to be sure is to conduct a mold inspection and test. Stay tuned, folks!

If we had one piece of advice for most of our clients who experience water or mold damage it would be simple... sooner is better. You can greatly minimize costs and loss by acting quickly. A mold inspection and testing is a simple, low cost first step if you have suspicions of mold in your home.
